Thanks for your Personal Perspectives, as that is worth more when it comes to Research. But you start-out by affirming the Circumstances that are or have been beyond the ‘Normal’, as they say. If one is reading your Assessment correctly, you are saying that despite all this Abnormalities, you are convinced that there is no Weather Manipulation possibly going on.

That it is just an ‘Act of GOD’, as in the Divine Wrath (not in the Legal Term) and because of Well-Earned Judgment? So, does YHVH Judge the Innocent then with the Wicked? And furthermore, that because your trusted Sources are Scientific, enough to have determined otherwise, that they would have said something or otherwise? Well, one can say, from Personal Experience that if one does go contrary to the Scientific and/or Political Narrative, one will be dismissed and sidelined. One will elaborate on this Point further down in the Response.

Everyone is free to believe what they do. It is naturally based on what they have to consider or not willing to consider all that there is. But if you are asking for one’s Reply or Response or are just made a Statement? If just making a Statement, then one will leave it at that and make a Note of it. But if you would like to hear what one would have said, here is what that would be.

1. In the Article, 1 of the Sub-Titles was ‘But there are Hurricanes all the Time’. Seems Florida gets Destroyed every Year. Not sure why People live there. Can you all please stop building the same Match-Box Building Construction Models. Why not build with Stone and use Aerodynamics to ease-in the Currents of the Hurricane to absorb the force Winds? But the same is said of those living in Earthquake Country, California. But one will take an Earthquake over a Hurricane any Day; just Preference of the Poison, as they say.

2.In researching Hurricanes, one did come across the Patterns, Cycles and some prior ones that have originated in the Gulf that then take-on a West to East Trajectory. If you also read Articles #1094 and #1092, they touch upon how according to Stefan Burns, the Comet C/2023 A3 that was/is reaching Perihelion with the Sun, or just a fancy way of saying ‘Going Around’ the Sun triggered now 3 Consecutive Coronal Mass Ejections. This is Huge; one has never seen this before either. It is like the Sun was having ‘Contractions’, etc. And it has not been reported by the Media or the Science Based Sites that monitor such Events. It is alarming. So, one would suppose there would be no need to ‘scare’ the Public more so than it is already.

3. What one is convinced about is the sayings of Burns in that these CMEs could have ‘Super-Charged’ the Storms as they are fed, not only by the Ocean’s Water Currents but by the Earth’s Magnetic Field. And that in turn is affected directly by the CMEs. For example, there were the Auroras Lights that come down all the way to the Oregon-California Border. This is unheard of in all of one’s Life. And that was reported, due to the CMEs, or the Magnetic Storms, etc. One does not know Mr. Bryan Norcross. But he is correct that this Hurricane West-East Trajectory has happened before. But that there is ‘Nothing to See Here’ because he 'Would have said something about such Phenomena already?' Not so fast. Now as a Scientist myself, although a Political one at that, one also employs the Scientific Method. In one’s case, it is to Geo-Politics because there are Patterns and Predictability that appear to Repeat.

4. In that case it is based on Human Nature. But one’s Point that just because one is ‘Scientific’ and Reputable does not mean that, even if he suspected ‘Something is Off there', that he would say anything. One cannot speak for him, but one can for one’s self and some of one’s Colleagues and even address the COVID-19 Injection Response from one’s Personal Medical Doctor. One’s Point is that at such Agencies and Universities, if you say or even hint at what is not ‘Orthodox’ or the Prevailing Scientific and/or Political Narrative, you will be ‘Burned at the Stake’. As you may know, one works at a State University.

5. In Public, one’s Colleagues in Biology teach Evolution and now that Sex does not depend on Biology, etc. But in Private, they have stated that Evolution is a Farce. But that they do not want to teach Creationism because they do not want Morality linked to one’s Behavior/Actions, etc. Other Biologists knew that the Mandated COVID-19 Injections were potentially Deadly and Unsafe. Yet they said ‘Nothing’. One knows of 3 Students that Died in one’s Caseload directly because they took the Injection. The University stopped announcing Deaths nor the Reason divulged, as they normally would have.

6. One’s Personal Medical Doctor, whom one fought over in not wanting to take the ‘Scientifically Safe and Effective' COVID Injections showed her one’s 6 Books written of the Research from other Doctors proving prior Government Manipulation of Medicine. One Doctor, being sent as a Referral conceded that a lot of it was ‘True’ or irrefutable. But the Doctors could not make a Public Statement about it. If they did, they would have been Fired. Some Doctors and Nurses did voice their Objections and were Fired.

7. At one’s University, this is what has happened to one's Carrier of 30 Years, precisely for speaking-out, not going along with the following ‘Scientific’ or Identity Politics, for example. Gender is ‘Fluid, there is no single Gender. Biology is not Sex. Open the Border. No Citizen should own a Gun. Take your COVID-19 Shots regularly, (If you are still alive). A Fetus is a Parasite. Abortion is a Woman’s Right to her own Body. Men can play in All-Women Exclusive Sports. People should not need to show their ID to Vote. People have whatever Pronoun they Prefer, etc.

8. One has precisely been marginalized and now removed from Positions of Directorships and a Salary that is Pay-Check to Pay-Check because of one just thinking oppositely and daring to voice it. So, one’s Point is that perhaps, many Well-Meaning Scientists have not looked into the voluminous Evidence presented by www.GeoEngineeringWatch.org as most did not look into the COVID-19 Injections?. Perhaps he has not. One cannot say, of course. Perhaps he has and after all that, if he still is not convinced of Weather Manipulation, then one is done with the Argument. At that Point in Time, one is beyond ‘Convincing’. It is the same Principle with presenting the Gospel to People, etc.

9. But as with one’s Profession and working along with Scientific Experts in their Field, if they were to go ‘Public’ or make even an Inclination on such a Notion that the Weather can be ‘Manipulated’ or could even be possible, he could have or would jeopardize his Career and Reputation. That is all one saying because one lives with this Academic Contradiction every Day at the University Environment.

10. One extremely liked the Insight about how in the USA, half of it in the East is Flooding, and in the West, half of it is on Fire. Well put. In the Research one came across, that was shown and realized but did not incorporate it into the Article as they usually get to be too long and off Topic at times, or one goes off into Tangents and such. But it is a very Good Observation. Now as to why ‘GOD would allow the Innocent to Suffer or be Killed’? Is that a Righteous Judgment? Well, that is Debate for another Response, perhaps.

Now one is not saying that one ‘Can Prove’ the U.S. Government deliberately caused Helen, Milton or is deliberately Modifying the Weather, which such Methods as Chem-Trailing. But based on one’s Prior Investigations into COVID and the Government’s Historical Involvement in such Projects, one can be surely convinced it had some involvement in perhaps enhancing it and Manipulating it. The Government has this Capability. As to the Reasons? Are they Nefarious?

That is where one then interjects one’s Biblical Frame of Mind. And that it is based solely on one’s Interpretation of what could be behind the Manipulation of the Weather, as this is the case a hand. One can state, Publicly and ‘On the Record’ that Weather Manipulation is Real. One experienced it 1st-Hand in Santa Rosa, California where one lives. This Event was called the Tubbs Fire back in 2017.

What followed was the Camp Fire that destroyed the small Town of Paradise then in 2018, etc. One saw with one's own 2 Eyes, as others did too, of how the Fire Line came, less than a few cars-wide, down the Mountain Slope from the East, toward the City of Santa Rosa that is on the West. The Fire Line came down against the natural Current of the Wind Flow that comes off the West, from the Pacific Ocean that is about 45 Miles West.

The City is divided by the State Freeway 101, running along the Slope of the Ridge, with a span of 4 Lanes to include the Shoulders and Median Divide. The Fire Lane came down the Slope in a Perfect Line, jumped the 4 Lane Freeway and down to a Neighborhood that was then completely leveled. At least all houses were gone, but not the Green Trees as the Mercury on Cars melted away. One’ Point is that, just by mere direct observation.

This was like someone had a ‘Giant Life-Saver’ from Star Wars and was dragged across the Land as described; not Natural or Organic. In some instances, the Bark on Trees burned for Days. This occurred during the Time where the Summer Season had completely dried-out any Moisture in Vegetation, etc. Then one saw the Satellite Images of the Fire that took-out Paradise the following Fire Season. And sure enough, one could make-out Lasers being emitted from the Sky. Now others have said, ‘Na, it is a Conspiracy’. It is just glitches on the Monitor and Computer Software. Sure.

Say that to the People of Lahaina who witnessed the same Phenomena and, in many instances, recorded it on their Cell Phones. And as to the Nefarious Reasons? The Mayor would not take Questions. Children went missing. The State and Federal Agencies refused to deliver Supplies or Help. Then the People got a Cash-Out Payment or Eviction Notices, etc. As one who has studied Government as a Career, at least at the Top Level, it is not a Government by the People and for the People.
