As to the 30 Minutes of Silence during the Tribulation Period? If one may contribute one’s Theory about that. One is of the consideration that the Prophecy of Joel depicting the Sun turning Black and the Moon turning Red, occurs in the same Day. This is, of course a Supernatural Event, as in terms of Astronomy, it is impossible to have a Solar Eclipse occur at the same Time as a Lunar Eclipse. But here is where one has interjected, perhaps the Flyby of Planet X. What? Yes. See the 2 Charts for a Visual.

One’s Working Theory is that the 3 Days of Darkness during the Exodus, and the 3 Hours of Darkness at the Crucifixion, and the 30 Minutes or Half Hour of Darkness during the Tribulation Period were and will be caused by this Astronomical Phenomena of the Flyby of Planet X. 

If one considers the scope and magnitude of the Earth-Wide Calamities that are to occur on Earth during the Tribulation Period, a Flyby of ‘Nemesis’, Earths’ Binary 2nd Sun could do just that. Perhaps it is a stretch but consider that one’s Theory precisely incorporated the Blood Moons that occurred on Passover, on the 2 prior occasions and will again. 

One is convinced that the Blood Moon of -1448 BC was when the Exodus occurred, on the 15th Day of Nisan. And then, what is supporting Evidence, is that the Blood Moon of Nisan 14-15, going into Midnight is what occurred during the Crucifixion. This is the Blood Moon in 32 AD. Thus, if Prophecy is Pattern, is there a Blood Moon on Passover in 2032? Yes. It is on 2nd Passover though. But here then is the corresponding Time of Darkness. 

It has gone from 3 Day to 3 Hours, to then 30 Minutes, etc. Coincidence? Perhaps but it would explain Joel in that it is not just a Poetic Nuance of a Description of Judgment, but rather an actual corresponding and Astronomical Occurrence. One is only sharing Perspective. Perhaps as you described it, this is the case. Perhaps it may not be. In the Spirit of Unity and Fellowship, one is just contributing to this Discussion. Coincidence? Perhaps but it would explain Joel in that it is not just a Poetic Nuance of a Description of Judgment, but rather an actual corresponding and Astronomical Occurrence.
