Let us consider the Covenant of Noah, that signaled a change in Dispensations based on the account of the Book of Jubilees. Although the Book of Jubilees is not Divinely Inspired, in one’s estimation, it is a good reference to review the details recorded there in terms of what the Bible does not. In sourcing the Book of Jubilees, one is attempting to show that even with the start of the New World ‘Order’, there was the New Wine and Oil being offered on that 1st Altar that Noah made for what became known as the Noahide Covenant.
 

So, why is one bringing this Noah Covenant up? It is True that what the Rabbinical Jews call ‘Shavuot’ or the Feast of Weeks, according to the Book of Jubilees is commemorated on the 15th Day of the 3rd Month, that being Sivan. This is what the Christians erroneously call Pentecost and when it occurred in Acts 2. One disagrees. Thus, one’s Acts 2 Pentecost New Wine Timing. And then one is further associating it with the Rapture’s Timing, in the 4th Month of Tammuz, etc.
 

One will attempt to show that for 2 reasons, this logic and rationale is incorrect and one will use the passage from the Book of Jubilees Chapter 6 to provide the evidence. According to those that surmise that ‘True’ Shavuot or Pentecost occurs on the 15th of Sivan or the 3rd Month, they start counting 7 ‘Complete Sabbaths based on the Lunar Cycles. It is recorded in the Book of Jubilees but not in the Torah or Books of Moses, etc. They interpret that the ‘The Morrow after the 7th Sabbath is always the 15th Day of the 3rd Month’. This is technically correct, based on Jubilees. But here is the Problem.
 

1. As mentioned, this Day Count to determine Feast of Weeks or Shavuot is not implicitly commanded to be pegged to the Moon Cycles.
 

2. What the Book of Jubilees records is just the 50 Day Count of when Noah made that Altar and dedicated the Earth to YHVH, etc. The Book of Jubilees does not mention if that Day was in fact the 1st New Moon.
 

3. This is what has convinced me that what is being applied as a Day Count to determine ‘Shavuot’ or Pentecost is erroneous. One must realize that after the Flood, the Calendar was to be 52 Weeks or 364 Day Years. The Book foretells how the People of YHVH would forget this Divine Knowledge and Reckoning of Time. And?
 

4. It was not until Mount Sinai, that the what is now known to be called the Jewish Civil Year, as the ‘Head of the Year’ in the Month of Tishrei, thus Rosh HaShanah, was swapped by YHVH to be now at the Religious Year of Nisan.

So, one’s main point is that those that are using the Noah Timeline and the Lunar Cycles are misapplying the Day Count entirely and by 6 Months. It would mean that the 3rd Month, in reference to Noah and Shavuot correlated to the present Rabbinical Calendar was Kislev. The following is the actual Chapter 6 of the Book of Jubilees with these following Verses highlighted. One will make a Commentary about some of them in Italicized.

NOAH

v1-And on the New Moon of the 3rd Month [Kislev] he went forth from the Ark and built an Altar on that Mountain.
 

Here one can read how the Months Counts, up until Mount Sinai and the Mosaic Covenant, were starting with the Month of Tishrei, etc.

v4-and placed a Burnt Sacrifice on the Altar and poured thereon an offering mingled with 1) Oil, and 2) Sprinkled Wine and 3) Strewed Frankincense over everything, and caused a Goodly Savor to arise, acceptable before the LORD.
 

Notice that of what is now the Wheat-Wine-Oil First Fruit Offerings, it was the Wheat that was substituted by the Strewed Frankincense. This Frankincense Offering prophetically echoes that which the Persian Magi offered to Jesus at Bethlehem. One is inclined to show that the New World started anew as it began with an Animal Scarface back in Eden. And it would foreshadow the Final Blood Offering of Jesus on the Altar of the Cross at Calvary, etc.

v24-For this Reason it is ordained and written on the Heavenly Tables, that they should celebrate the Feast of Weeks in this Month [Kislev] once a Year, to renew the Covenant every Year.
 

Here one sees again how YHVH instructs Israel to keep the Feast of Weeks to exclusively commemorate the Noahide Covenant. Here is one’s Argument. This 50 Day Count of 7 Weeks is independent of the Counting of the Omer that is Pegged to Nisan 15, which YHVH, first of all inverted the Calendar by 6 Months at Sinai to have it be from Nisan, not Kislev.

v26-and Noah and his Sons observed it for 7 Jubilees [350 Years when using the Factor of 50] and 1 Week of Years, [+50 for Total of 400 Years] till the Day of Noah's Death, and from the Day of Noah's Death his Sons did away with (it) until the Days of Abraham, and they ate Blood.
 

This Divine Knowledge of Time-Keeping prescribed by YHVH was not maintained. As a result, the Year and Month Count got convoluted. And then add the Event that changed Earth’s Rotation to go from a 364 to a 465 Day Year further complicates things. Some ascribe this Discrepancy to Joshua’s Long Day and/or the Perturbations of the Flyby of the 2nd Sun System, Planet X, etc.

v26b-But Abraham observed it, and Isaac and Jacob and his Children observed it up to thy Days, and in thy Days the Children of Israel forgot it until ye celebrated it anew on this Mountain.

Here one can realize, that according to the Record of the Book of Jubilees, only the Patriarchs keep the True Calendar. But yet again, it was forgotten for another 400+ Years until Israel, as a Nation was birthed out of Egypt. The Mountain in question was Mount Sinai. That was the place and Time that under Moses and the New Covenant, the recalibration of the Year and Day Count occurred.

But here is one’s Argument again. The Celebration of the Noahide Covenant was and should not be interjected in what the New initial 50 Day Count would be from there-on-out. It is because the Day Counts are not pegged to Nisan 1, the 15 and so on. This then makes the 1st 50 Day count to be on Sivan 6. Brethren are conflating the Term, ‘Feast of Weeks’ to 1 specific Day Count when it is just a Definition of a Time.
 

Meaning that the Term can be applied to any Segment of Time. It is like the Jubilee Count itself. Assuming the factor of 50, there can be just a defined Segment of Time, like the ‘Queen’s Jubilee’, for example. So, one is just arguing that perhaps Brethren are trying to fit a square in a round hole. However, one is not emphatic that one’s interpretation is the correct one either. Truly, one will only know for sure when Jesus returns to set the Record and Calendar ‘Straight’.

v28-29-And do thou command the Children of Israel to observe this Festival in all their Generations for a Commandment unto them: one Day in the Year in this Month [Kislev] they shall celebrate the Festival.

V31-this Feast is Twofold and of a Double Nature: according to what is written and engraved concerning it, celebrate it.

v33-And on the New Moon of the 1st Month, and on The New Moon of the 4th Month, and on the New Moon of the 7th Month, and on the New Moon of the 10th Month are the Days of Remembrance, and the Days of the Seasons in the 4 Divisions of the Year.

v34-These are written and ordained as a Testimony for ever.

v35-And this whole Festival was celebrated in Heaven from the Day of Creation till the Days of Noah-26 Jubilees and 5 Weeks of Years:

Here is the crux of one’s argument for why the True Pentecost that is the 2nd Count of a Shavuot or 49 + 1 Day correlates to the 4th Month in which the Events of Act 2 took place. It was 50 Days prior in the initial 50 Day Count that has been stuck as only being the ‘Feast of Weeks’ by the Rabbinical Jews, etc. One is thus convinced that it is from Month 1, 4 and 7 that the First Fruit of the New Wheat, New Wine and New Oil can more accurately then be determined.

In the case of the 1st Month, being Nisan and the New Moon, the Full Moon will always fall on the 14-15th Day. That was Passover and how it is corroborated in 32 AD with the Total Blood Moon occurring in Libra, the Celestial Altar that very Night of Jesus’ Crucified. It occurred near Midnight as it was back during the Exodus on Nisan 15. This Nisan 15 is the Key to all these ‘Pentecost’ New Wine inconsistencies, in one’s Mind. So, the following. One will superimpose the current Gregorian Calendar Dates for a Correlation.

Nisan 15 Passover + 50 Days = Sivan 6 New Wheat + 50 Days = Tamuz 23 New Wine

April 15 Passover + 50 Days = June 2 New Wheat + 50 Days = July 23 New Wine

This is why one is more convinced that what occurred in Acts 2, is the True Pentecost, and technically, the 2nd Shavuot of the 3 First Fruit Festivals of the Wheat, Wine and Oil. And that it was at Sinai, on this correlating Day, when Moses came down the Mountain with the Tablets of the New Covenant. That Day, one calculates, was the Feast of Wine that Moses inferred due to the revelry occurring down at the Camp along with the Golden Idol Worship. Albeit one’s True Pentecost New Wine and its Rapture association remains to be proven true.
