#A64: ACCUSATIONS AFTER THE RAPTURE?

Here is one’s attempt in providing a Theological Framework for what one said about what happens after the Rapture specific to the Bride of Christ still being ‘Accused’ by Lucifer. What? One was asked the following Questions as to why would the Bride of Christ still be accused after the Rapture.
 

1. How does Lucifer accuse us, since the Blood of Jesus cleanses us from all our Sins? 

2. Sins are erased, GOD no longer sees them. So how can he accuse us? 

3. Will he be repeating everything we have done wrong on Earth?

4. I know that we will be judged for the Good and Evil we have done in the Body of Christ, according to the Works we have done in the Flesh…

5.  We will not be judged for our Sins, as I have always heard and understood it. 

Although one will be providing Scripture References to show where one has gotten this Interpretation from, do also put it to the Test and be diligent Bereans about this and any Teaching somebody presents or suggests, etc. Let us start with what is clear or ‘clearer’, Theologically that is to occur. But one must realize that even with every Facet of what one is presenting, Books have been written to the Contrary.
 

1. There is going to be a Rapture of the Bride of Christ.
For the LORD himself will come down from Heaven, with a Loud Command, with the Voice of the Archangel and with the Trumpet Call of GOD, and the Dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still Alive and are left will be CAUGHT UP together with them in the Clouds to meet the LORD in the Air. And so we will be with the LORD Forever. -1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
 

2. There is going to be a Bema Seat Review of one’s Works after the Rapture. 

So we make it our Goal to please Him, whether we are at Home in the Body or away from it. For we must all appear before the Judgment Seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the Body, whether Good or Bad. Since, then, we know what it is to Fear the LORD, we try to persuade Others. What we are is plain to GOD, and I hope it is also plain to your Conscience.-2 Corinthians 5:9-11
 

3. Evidently after the Rapture, there are still Accusations against a Redeemed. 

And I heard a Loud Voice saying in Heaven, Now has come Salvation, and Strength, and the Kingdom of our God, and the Power of his Christ: for the Accuser of our Brethren is cast down, which accused them before our GOD Day and Night. -Revelation 12:10

Why the Rapture is so Important
So, notice that the Accusation of Lucifer continues even after the Glorification of the Body.  It is that after the Rapture and the Bema Seat Review for Rewards, the Bride of Christ has to face her Accuser, Lucifer. How can this be if Jesus ‘Paid it all’? He did. One will argue that it is just a matter of Time that is involved. One will argue why the Rapture is an integral part in concluding the Judgment of Lucifer. 

It is why the Doctrine of the Rapture is so contested, and sadly even within the Professing Church. Naturally, if the New Testament teaches that putting one’s Faith and Trust in the Finished Work of Jesus is enough and what saves us, how is it that Lucifer, as the ‘Accuser of the Brethren’ can still be accusing a Believer in Jesus before a Throne of YHVH? Here are some Principle Presuppositions one is coming from, in terms of one’s Theological Frame of Reference, specific to why the Bride has to face her Accuser. 

One will touch upon these Theological Frame of References, trusting that one has studied these Core Gospel Precepts before. But it is good to rehearse them as to be ready to give a Defense of those that ask about them. These Theological Precepts are mainly found in the Books of Romans and Corinthians, etc. But the Theological Framework of a ‘Court-Room’ Setting is found all throughout the Old Testament. 

It is based on Time. And one has also shared how, although one’s Salivation is secured, ‘It is Done’. But on this side of the Rapture, there is an Unfolding of it, or the Revealing of it is to be completed in due Time. And it is precisely the Resurrection-Rapture Event that completes the Salvific Process. This is why the Rapture is so important. One argues that the Rapture is necessary for the Final Judgment of Lucifer to occur. This is why Lucifer does not want the Rapture to happen and seeks to prevent the Bride of Christ from ascending to meet Jesus in the Air, etc.
 

Obviously this Notion is not accepted or understood as one has stated it. But one will provide at least the Scriptural Verses to back-up one’s Interpretation. However, these Scriptures cited, shed some Perspective as to one’s Point of Reference. And that Point of Reference is the Present, where one ‘lives, moves and has one’s Being’, as the Apostle Paul stated. It is essentially the Notion that the Salvation is 3-Fold, just like the Trinity. All 3 Facets have been Accomplished in Jesus, Past, Present and Future.
 

And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were SANCTIFIED, you were JUSTIFIED, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our GOD. -1 Corinthians 6:11

They correspond to the Full Redemption of what a Human is constituted with, a Spirit, a Living Soul and the Body. And in that Order, one contends that the Salvation ‘Package’ is being worked-out. The Justification before the Creator, YHVH in the Past has been secured and accomplished. This is when one’s Spirit was rekindled, made alive, etc. That is the Justification. This is what one enters in Jesus upon one’s Confession and Repentance. The Future Salvation, is that of the Glorification of the Body is what one can and will expect to enter into at the Rapture Event. 

What happens after the Rapture?

This is why watching, waiting for it is integral to one’s Salvation ‘Package’. And why? The ‘Watching and Waiting’ is in proportion, in one’s Estimation of the Purification of Sanctification one is working-out presently. This is to say that presently, one has a direct Interjection of just how ‘Holy’, as in Separation from the World and to Jesus, one is allowed and will become. And? One’s degree of Sanctification will determine the Degree of what Glorification one will receive in the Future, etc. 

Therefore, my Beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not only in my Presence, but now even more in my Absence, continue to work out your Salvation with Fear and Trembling. For it is God who works in you to will and to act on behalf of His Good Purpose. -Philippians 2:11-13

This is what one Conjecture will affect to the Degree one will ‘Shine like Stars’, as disclosed to Daniel. The Rapture is about one's Glorification. Glorification of what? The Body. That is what the Rapture is all about and completes the 3-Fold Salvation. And to be clear, this is not Works to obtain Justification but rather as a result of it and what has been prepared. One should know what those ‘Works’ are to enter into. They also custom-tailored for one to work them out.

GOD has made us what we are. He has created us in Christ Jesus to live Lives filled with Good Works that he has prepared for us to do. -Ephesians 2:10 

So, what has helped one to see or put into Theological Perspective of why Lucifer can still be accusing the Brethren, after surrendering to Jesus is because of the 3-Fold Facet of one’s Salvation Gift. It is yet to be Manifested fully because one still lives within one’s Body that is still subject to Temptation, from without and within and will die 1 Day. But the Justification was done in the Past. 

YHVH chose us in [Christ Jesus] before the Foundation of the World, that we should be Holy and Blameless before him. -Ephesians 1:4

What is being ‘Saved’ presently is one’s Soul. What will be saved at the Rapture will be the Body, etc. The Scripture states that one was chosen in Jesus before Time began. That one is already seated in Heavenly Place. Yet, one lives on Earth and is subject to Sin. Why? The Body. Outside of Time and Space, it is as good as done.

He made us Alive with Christ [Jesus] even when we were Dead in our Trespasses. It is by Grace you have been Saved! And GOD raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the Heavenly Realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the Coming Ages [Dispensations] He might display the Surpassing Riches of His Grace, demonstrated by His Kindness to us in Christ Jesus. -Ephesians 2:5-7

One stated that the Bride has to face her Accuser and be Adjudicated of Lucifer’s Argument against her. Essentially, this occurs after the Rapture, and the Bema Seat Rewards Review is conducted. But before the Bride of Christ sits in Session of that Divine Council, as witnessed by both Daniel and John, for example, the Bride has to be vindicated ‘Judiciously’. This is when the Lamb sits in the Judicial Court in Heaven. 

The Court Room of YHVH

This is the Final Scene that will conclude all prior ones seen since the Old Testament. It is when the Lion of Judah/Lamb comes into the Court-Room as the Advocate, the Groom, the Son of the Judge and breaks the Seals to do that. It is at this Place and Time that the Resurrected Jesus legally can, in some mysterious way, only evict Lucifer from Heaven. One must realize that there are at least 2 Factors that have been and will be introduced in Heaven that have never existed before. 

On 1 Hand you have the Introduction of a Human, of Flesh and Bones in Heaven. The other will be His Bride. To that Person, one is more convinced that the 24 Elders are the Euphemism for the Redeemed Bride. She is to sit in the Vacant Thrones that Lucifer and his Angels had Judgment over, legally. Only after Jesus sits and takes the Scroll does the Sentencing of Lucifer begin and is subjected to Eviction that then corresponds to Revelation 12. Here is the Song of the 24 Elders on 2 occasions sung, directed towards the Lamb that was slain as He takes His Council Supreme Seat of Judgment.

And when he had taken it, the 4 Living Creatures and the 24 Elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a Harp and they were holding Golden Bowls full of Incense, which are the Prayers of GOD’S People. And they sang a New Song, saying: ‘You are worthy to take the Scroll and to open its Seals, because you were slain, and with your Blood you purchased for God Persons from every Tribe and Language and People and Nation. You have made them to be a Kingdom and Priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the Earth.’ -Revelation 5:8-10

The 24 Elders are related to how King David assigned the Course of 24 Priests to minister in the Temple. These were Humans. And no Angelic Being can be redeemed by the Blood of Lamb, Jesus, etc. This is Jesus, the Man-Child or the God-Man. He as GOD the Son took Human Form. Born of a Human Mother, Jesus is that Representative of Adam in Heaven. Nowhere in the Council of YHVH was there a mere Man, But now. 

But now there is in Reality, a Human Man, with a Corporal Glorified Body in heaven. And in some Mysterious Way, the Bride of Christ, made-up of the Redeemed will likewise be there at His side, all-inclusive. This is amazing to consider. As Heaven is a Spiritual Dimension, the Scripture states that no Flesh and Blood can exist or survive in Heaven. And this is why the Rapture is so important to have in Proper Perspective.

And just as we have borne the Likeness of the Earthly Man, so also shall we bear the Likeness of the Heavenly Man. Now I declare to you, Brothers, that Flesh and Blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God, nor does the Perishable inherit the Imperishable. Listen, I tell you a Mystery: We will not all Sleep, but we will all be Changed. -1 Corinthians 15:49-51

Again, this is the Glorification of the Body to come; at the Rapture. It is necessary for the Bride to then Enter Heaven with. So, all this has been a Theological Background to address the Questions posed. The Response will be Theologically Heavy, so be warned. The other Factor or Person(s) that will have been introduced is the Bride of Christ. These are the Redeemed of Jesus and given to Jesus as His Bride. In fact, the Primary Reason for the Creation of Eden and Humanity, both Male and Female was and is to be given an Opportunity to say ‘Yes’. To the Proposal of the Son of Heaven. 

The Divine Council

It is when Jesus returns for His Bride, who has ‘made herself ready’, that He then takes her to the Father’s House and introduces her to Him and all Celestial Guests. Now here, this next part is one’s Interpretation, specifically. Thanks to the Work of the Late Michael Heiser, the Notion of the Council of YHVH, of Elohim was expanded. Apparently YHVH has a Council of ‘Gods’, etc. And it is one’s Conjecture that before the Bride of Christ can take her Seat besides Jesus’, she has to face Lucifer, who has been accusing her, as ‘Eve’ for listening to him back in Eden.

So, what one wishes to correspond, is that this Council is the ‘Judicial Throne’, of YHVH is where the Bride will be centered and Adjudicated by her Advocate, Jesus. And that the 24 Elders are her Euphemism. She is the Primary Witness of Lucifer’s Demise as the Scroll contains the Judgements that are to convict Lucifer out of Heaven with. This Divine Council is revealed throughout Scripture. 

1-DIVINE COUNCIL
[The] Elohim stands in the Congregation [Council] of the Mighty; He judges among the Gods [Elohim]. ‘How long will you judge unjustly and show partiality to the wicked? Defend the cause of the Poor and Fatherless; uphold the Rights of the Afflicted and Oppressed. Rescue the Poor and Needy; save them from the Hand of the Wicked. They do not know or understand; they wander in the Darkness; all the Foundations of the Earth are shaken. I have said, ‘You are Gods; you are all Sons of the Most High.’ But like Mortals you will die, and like Rulers you will fall.” Arise, O GOD, judge the Earth, for all the Nations are Your Inheritance. -Psalm 82:1-8

1-JOB
Now there was a Day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan [Accuser] also came among them. The LORD said to Satan, ‘From where have you come?’ Satan answered the LORD and said, ‘From going to and from on the Earth, and from walking up and down on it.’ [Globe Model] And the LORD said to Satan, ‘Have you considered my Servant Job, that there is none like him on the Earth, a Blameless and Upright Man, who fears God and turns away from Evil?’ -Job 1:6-8

2-DANIEL
As I continued to watch, Thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took His Seat. His Clothing was White as Snow, and the Hair of His Head was like Pure Wool. His Throne was flaming with Fire, and its Wheels were all ablaze. -Daniel 7:9

3-JOHN
I saw Thrones on which were seated those who had been given Authority to judge. And I saw the Souls of those who had been Beheaded because of their Testimony about Jesus and because of the Word of GOD. They had not worshiped the Beast or its Image and had not received its Mark on their Foreheads or their Hands. They came to Life and reigned with Christ 1000 Years. -Revelation 20:4

Thus, here is where one make the Theological Correlation, based on Deductive Reasoning, that although a Human coming to Jesus is secure in the Salvation Promised, consisting of Justification, Sanctification and Glorification, because one is still in the Body of Flesh, the Accuser, Lucifer still has, in some mysterious way, legal access to the Judicial Throne of Heaven. And?

It is about Timing or Time 

In all aspects, those Thrones were occupied by Celestial Begins, Angelic, but not Humans until Revelation 12:10, etc. It is there and then, relative to Time and Space on Earth, that Lucifer brings Accusations of one’s Sins, still done in the Body. It is in the Present Time before the Judicial Throne that has been described by several Biblical Passages above. However, note that by the Time or Unveiling of Events on Earth comes to Revelation Chapter 20, something marvelous has occurred. That Council of the Gods or Elohim, to infer to Angelic Beings and their Throne that sat around the Grand Throne of YHVH, have now been replaced by the Bride of Christ.

So, one’s Point is that in order for the ‘Eviction’ of this Accuser, Lucifer to be expelled from Heaven, forever, the Bride of Christ, like in a Conventional Court of Law, and Jewish Law, must face her Accuser. And that is what will happen, based on one’s Interpretation. All the Accusations have been dealt with at the Cross of Calvary, Past, Present and Future. But since the Church Age is presently still occurring, the Body is still to be Redeemed.
 

And taking Opportunity, Lucifer is accusing the Bride of her Sin, Failures and Apostasy. A really good Book to re-read in the Bible, regarding this Theological Dichotomy, is the Book of Hebrews. See Chapter 10, specifically that even alludes to how Jesus is greater than the Red Heifer. It is Jesus that can only Purify one’s total Being and be able to enter Heaven. One can only do so in Spirit, at this Point in Time.
 

At the Rapture, one will be able to experience Heaven in one’s very own Flesh. This is what Job declared, that though his Body waist-away, with his own Eyes he would 1 Day see the Redeemer at the Resurrection, etc. So, it is just a Matter of Time, literally. See and read this Passage which reiterates that due to Space and Time, on this Side of the Rapture, one has to ‘Wait’ for the 3rd Aspect of one’s Comprehensive Salvation.
 

Day after Day every Priest stands to minister and to offer again and again the same Sacrifices, which can never take away Sins. But when this Priest had offered for all Time 1 Sacrifice for Sins, He sat down at the Right Hand of GOD. Since that Time, He waits for His Enemies to be made a Footstool for His Feet, because by a Single Offering He has made Perfect for All Time those who are being Sanctified. -Hebrews 10:12-14

But in reality, it is Jesus that is waiting. He is waiting for the Bride to be made ‘Ready’ for the Presentation. And Jesus is waiting for Lucifer, the Accuser to be made a Footstool. And in the meanwhile, the Sanctification of the Perfected Ones, i.e., the Bride of Christ is occurring in Tandem. This is why the Rapture is a Pre-Tribulation Period. This is why Lucifer, the Accuser can and does accuse the Bride of Christ. This is why it is so crucial to live a Holy Life. This is not about Sinless Perfection, but about, as one puts it, putting one’s Dirty Cloths into the Washing Machine. That ‘Washing Machine’ is Jesus and His Blood. The Redness of Sin come-out as White as Snow, etc. 

My dear children, I am writing this to you so that you will not Sin. But if anyone does Sin, we have an Advocate who pleads our Case before the Father. He is Jesus Christ, the one who is Truly Righteous. -1John 2:1
 

Accuser of Brethren
So, in this Courtroom Allegory, there in Heaven, there is a real Council of Thrones or Judgment Seats. There is an Accuser, Lucifer that stands and is pointing the Finger at the Sins of the Bride. But there is also an Advocate Present. He is the Lawyer representing the Bride. And this is no Ordinary Lawyer. He is the Son of the Judge. And not only that, He is betrothed to this Woman, all-inclusive of Believers and Followers of Jesus, the Son.

Moreover, it is this Son, Advocate, Kinsman that after the Rapture and the Bema Seat Review of one’s Works will take His Seat. And in so doing, at that Point in Time, relative to Earth Time, take the ‘Last Will and Testament’ and start to break the Seals. In doing so, He will start to bring down the Sentencing of the Accuser, Lucifer. It is the Pronouncement and Execution of the Divine Wrath of the Lamb, that from that Time going Forward, demands the Expulsion of Lucifer and his Fallen Angels who sided with him.

And in the Vacancy of the Thrones, it is where and when, the Bride of Christ is presented to them. She takes the vacated Thrones as they are now described as the Seat of the 24 Elders, as those having been redeemed by the Blood of Lamb. And in Consort and agreement, she serves as the Witness of the Testimony and all the Conditions written therein. It is precisely at Revelation 12 where the Eviction is carried-out. It is also where Lucifer seeks to make one last Counter-Offensive in a last-ditch effort  to reclaim his Lost Throne.
 

And the Great Dragon was cast out, that Old Serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole World: he was cast out into the Earth, and his Angels were cast out with him. -Revelation 12:9

And I heard a Loud Voice saying in Heaven, Now has come Salvation, and Strength, and the Kingdom of our God, and the Power of his Christ: for the Accuser of our Brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God Day and Night. -Revelation 12:10

And they overcame him by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the Word of their Testimony; and they loved not their Lives unto the Death. -Revelation 12:11

Notice that the 24 Elders state that Lucifer accused their fellow Brethren. Angels could not have said that. So, how could Lucifer accuse the Brethren still from Heaven, since the Blood of Jesus cleanses a Believer from all Sins? It is because one is still residing within the Body that is subject to Temptation, Sin and is ultimately subject to Physical Death. 

Even though one does Sin, this is the cause for Lucifer to legally accuse. However, the Blood of Jesus is all-effectual, regardless of Space and Time. But because the Bride of Christ is still subjected to Space and Time, there is a Waiting Period that is occurring. The Bride of Christ is ‘Under Construction’ and only until the Glorification of the Body, which occurs at the Rapture will the Accusation of Lucifer be dealt with, forever. 

Sin will be remembered no more, as promised by YHVH in Micah 7:18-19. Sin was dealt with at the Cross of Calvary, Past, Present and Future. This means that one can never be Condemned because of one’s Sins, if one is in Jesus. 

Who is a God like You, who pardons Iniquity and passes over the Transgression of the Remnant of His Inheritance—who does not retain His Anger forever, because He delights in Loving Devotion? He will again have Compassion on us; He will vanquish our Iniquities. You will cast out all our Sins into the Depths of the Sea.

Now Sin in one’s life can keep a Believer and Follower of Jesus from fully entering into the Best Christ Jesus has for that Person. And then there is the Issue of Willful Sin. It is that in so doing, one can even ‘Influence and Power in one’s Life and Testimony.
 

Now the Spirit expressly states that in Later Times some will abandon the Faith to follow Deceitful Spirits and the Teachings of Demons, influenced by the Hypocrisy of Liars, whose Consciences are seared with a Hot Iron. They will prohibit Marriage and require Abstinence from certain Foods that God has created to be received with Thanksgiving by those who believe and know the Truth. -1 Timothy 4:1-3
 

In this Context, one believes, it is not talking about one’s Salvation, but one’s Position and leaving that Place that Jesus has willed for one’s Life, etc. This is what the Bema Seat of Christ will be all about. One will be held accountable for all those Gifts bestowed when one came to Jesus and received such Gifts. 

One’s Job is to identify them, work them and produce a Crop, a Harvest. It is about Multiplication, etc. So, no, one will no longer be judged for one’s Sins. But as to one’s Sanctification? That is what Lucifer and one may say, some Brethren accuse other Brethren with.
